Zusammenfassung

PALFINGER is seeking a Global Customs Expert to design and govern the Group’s global customs management system as part of Trade Compliance. The role drives transformation toward a harmonized governance model with standardized processes and reliable data.

You will define roles within the global network, ensure accurate master data, monitor KPIs and support audits, while coordinating with local entities, brokers and advisors across international operations.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Tax or International Trade.
• Customs knowledge in tariff classification, origin, valuation and procedures.
• Experience with ERP-based customs systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP GTS, MIC, AEB).
• Strong communication, coordination and governance capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Establish and continuously improve the global customs management system and governance model.
• Define roles, responsibilities and escalation paths within the global customs network.
• Standardize customs processes including classification, origin, valuation and broker management.
• Develop KPIs, reporting, risk indicators and monitoring of control effectiveness.
• Provide training and guidance to local entities and coordinate audits.
