Aufgaben

• Lead with vision and develop large multidisciplinary teams with a high-performance culture.
• Build executive partnerships and act as senior strategic advisor to global clients.
• Own the account's commercial health including revenue, profitability, forecasting, scope and pricing.
• Drive operational excellence across multiple workstreams and ensure strong planning and communication.
• Champion creative excellence and raise the quality of work to meet high standards.
• Navigate complexity balancing client goals, commercial targets, and team needs.
• Lead with influence representing LOOP at senior client and internal leadership levels.
• Shape strategy with cross-functional leadership to grow LOOP and client partnerships.
• Demonstrate global leadership with experience in major international accounts.
• Maintain a strong commercial mindset and identify opportunities to drive growth.
• Lead both client relationships and delivery with confidence and expertise.
