LOOP® is seeking a Global Business Director to lead a major, international client partnership from our Salzburg base. You will oversee large, multidisciplinary teams, shape strategic client relationships, and ensure exceptional performance across creative and commercial dimensions.

You’ll drive operational excellence, manage revenue and profitability, and elevate partnerships with a focus on delivering measurable results in a dynamic, global agency setting.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in a global creative agency or equivalent
• Proven track record leading large multidisciplinary teams
• Experience building and sustaining executive client partnerships

• Lead large multidisciplinary teams and nurture a high‑performance culture
• Build and sustain executive client partnerships and drive growth
• Own the account's commercial health: revenue, profitability, forecasting, scope and pricing
• Oversee multiple workstreams and ensure strong planning, resourcing and communication
• Uphold creative excellence and ensure outputs meet high standards
• Navigate complexity between client expectations, commercial goals and team needs
• Represent LOOP® at senior client and internal leadership meetings with confidence
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, production, technology and operations leadership to grow capabilities
