Qualifikationen

• Professional experience in Consumer Service, ideally within FMCG/marketing
• Completed vocational education with an advanced professional qualification or a university degree
• Structured, proactive and independent way of working
• Experience in cross-functional project management
• Excellent written and spoken German and English; French is an advantage

Aufgaben

• Independently and professionally handle international consumer inquiries about our products using defined quality standards, response templates and text modules
• Coordinate consumer complaints in close collaboration with Quality Management and other internal departments through to a successful resolution
• Support our international sales companies with questions related to Consumer Service
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, documentation and CRM reporting within the Global Consumer Service
• Actively participate in cross-functional projects and interdisciplinary teams
• Support and mentor our commercial apprentices in their third year together with the practical trainer in Product Management
