UNOPS in Vienna is seeking a Senior Manager, Partnerships for GCAP to lead donor engagement, resource mobilization, and network governance reorganisation. You will drive transitional workplans, establish performance reviews, and embed a common monitoring and evaluation framework across global and regional secretariats.

The role requires a Master’s in a relevant field with 7 years of international development or equivalent experience and strong leadership within an international organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of international development or governance experience.
• Experience with international organizations or multi-donor funds.
• Proven donor engagement and fundraising capabilities.
• Fluent English; French/Spanish desired.

Responsabilités

• Lead governance reorganisation and strategic direction for GCAP.
• Develop positioning strategy to raise visibility and access funding.
• Oversee host performance reviews and design finance-facilitation function.
• Refine M&E framework and standard operating procedures.
