Zusammenfassung

UNIQA Insurance Group AG in Austria seeks an International Brand Expert to ensure a consistent brand presence across all UNIQA countries. You will work closely with local brand and marketing managers and agencies to drive the brand strategy and its execution.

You will lead group-wide initiatives, support campaign development, and manage budgets and reporting. A branding/marketing degree and international experience are required, with German and English fluency and willingness to travel.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in international brand or marketing roles, ideally across CEE markets.
• Proven knowledge of brand, campaign and media management (analog and digital).
• Excellent German and English communication; willingness to travel.

• Contribute to the implementation and further development of the group-wide brand strategy across all UNIQA countries.
• Ensure a consistent brand presence in all UNIQA countries.
• Support the development of group-wide campaign and media strategies.
• Collaborate with creative and media agencies.
• Support and advise local teams on brand and marketing topics.
• Build and develop group-wide initiatives and promote exchange of best practices.
• Lead selected projects in brand and marketing.
• Manage and maintain the group-wide brand and marketing community.
• Take responsibility for budgets and reporting.
