TGW Logistics in Austria's Oberösterreich region (Marchtrenk) seeks a BPM specialist to map and develop processes for clear, sustainable benefits. You will enable BPM with process owners, coaches, and project teams across locations.

You'll design, facilitate and support workshops, train sessions and coaching to grow BPM skills, ensure adherence to standards, and maintain a cross-departmental process landscape using ADONIS and lean thinking. Flexible hours and home office are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent in business, engineering, IT or process management.
• Affinity for business process management and experience in process modelling.
• Experience with BPM tools, ideally ADONIS.
• Practical knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement, as well as experience in project management.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and deliver workshops and coaching.
• Structured, independent and reflective approach; team collaboration.

• Map and develop processes for clear, sustainable benefits.
• Design, facilitate and support workshops, training sessions and coaching to develop BPM skills.
• Support teams in adopting BPM methodology and cross-site collaboration.
• Ensure correct application of modelling standards and participate in audits.
• Maintain a cross-departmental, consistent process landscape.
• Work with BPM tools (ADONIS) and apply them pragmatically.
• Contribute to the global BPM rollout coordination and lean improvements.
