Your Mission:

As our Global Banking Relationship Manager, you will manage relationships with global banking institutions. Your insights into banking, treasury management, correspondent banking, and payment operations will ensure strong partnerships and operational excellence aligned with our growth strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Own and deepen strategic relationships with global banking partners, aligning with operational, regulatory, and commercial goals.
• Lead onboarding, from due diligence to contract negotiation and integration of new partners.
• Monitor market and regulatory changes, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with treasury, payments, compliance, and strategy teams to maximize banking relationship value.
• Improve banking services, infrastructure, and performance in line with our growth and innovation plans.

Who You Are

• 10+ years’ experience in banking, treasury, and financial services, with a focus on relationship management and complex global ecosystems.
• Expertise in navigating regulations, optimizing operations, and managing financial risks.
• Strong network of banking and fintech stakeholders.
• Excellent communicator and negotiator, able to influence at the executive level.
• Strategic thinker who is hands-on and willing to travel for relationship building.
