Qualifikationen

• English proficiency at B2 for training and knowledge base navigation.
• Comfort navigating PCs and multitasking with dynamic software.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a friendly attitude.
• Experience with streaming platforms is a plus.

• Handle inbound calls and chats resolving login, payments, navigation, and tech issues.
