- Willingness for on-site assignment in Sofia, Bulgaria.

- Manage end-to-end delivery processes with partners.
- Provide proactive support to German-speaking customers on shipments.
- Coordinate with warehouses and carriers to resolve issues in real-time.
- Maintain data integrity in internal management platforms.
