2+ years’ experience. You've built a solid foundation in customer success within B2B SaaS and are eager to keep growing.

Industry knowledge. You've built up practical experience overseeing the customer lifecycle and understand key customer success best practices, giving you a strong foundation to support both customers and colleagues.

Excellent communicator: You possess excellent written and spoken German alongside C2-level English, comfortably engaging and inspiring our customers in either language.

Strategic thinking. You're eager to contribute to customer success strategies tailored to Meister's goals and circumstances, with a proactive, builder-oriented mindset that helps drive continuous improvement.

Analytical skills. You're comfortable analyzing customer health metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement, using data-driven insights to support customer satisfaction and retention.

AI & Innovation mindset. You bring hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools and digitization initiatives, paired with a genuine curiosity to test new technologies that optimize customer workflows and elevate team productivity.

The minimum salary according to the Austrian Collective Agreement (IT-KV, AT / Einstiegsstufe ) is €2,547.00 gross per month based on full-time employment (38.5 hours/week). However, we offer competitive, market-rate compensation well above this baseline, with an actual salary designed to reflect your specific skills and experience.
