Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager focused on the German market. You will manage a portfolio of B2B clients, drive growth through proactive outreach, and deliver strategic insights to improve retention and revenue.

You'll work in a hybrid setup from our Athens office, with relocation support to Greece available. Fluent German and English are required, and CRM experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
