Rexcel Training is a respected Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with modern facilities and a broad scope of nationally recognised training programs. We are seeking an experienced leader to manage operations in South Australia and drive growth into the future.

In this senior position, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality training services while ensuring the organisation continues to meet its strategic and operational goals.

In this role, you will
  • Deliver on Rexcel Training's strategic plans through growth and improved performance.
  • Lead and support your team to achieve business and training objectives.
  • Manage operational, financial, and resource outcomes effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government funding bodies, industry partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to expand into new markets.
  • Manage the business development and partnerships between commercial clients and employer service providers
You will bring
  • Extensive experience managing an RTO.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks, including ASQA standards and state-based requirements.
  • Knowledge of State and Federal training programs and incentives.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to create a collaborative, results-focused culture.
