Oakwood, a new and vibrant hotel set to redefine the local hospitality scene, seeks a dynamic, experienced, and inspiring General Manager to lead our team through pre-opening and beyond. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead all aspects of hotel operations to ensure service excellence and smooth day-to-day functioning.
2. Build and develop a high-performing, guest-focused team.
3. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue and profitability.
4. Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
5. Champion a new-to-market F&B concept that excites the local scene.

1. Proven experience in a senior hospitality leadership role.
2. Strong commercial acumen, with solid P&L and budgeting experience.
3. Exceptional team leadership and communication skills.
4. Strategic mindset with operational focus.
5. Knowledge of current hospitality trends and compliance standards.
