Overview

Hofmann Engineering Pty Ltd is a WA family owned specialist engineering company that supplies essential parts and components to a number of industries including Mining, Defence, Medical, Energy and Transport. We are currently seeking to employ a General Manager to lead, and be part of a diverse Mobile Mining Equipment team, who will be responsible for managing all aspects of Mining Equipment (Mobile).

About The Role

• To be prime contact for customers, National & International Hofmann Factories and related product support personnel and agents.
• To evaluate customer requirements and commit the company to delivery and price, while negotiating technical and commercial conditions with the customer's representative.
• Liaise with engineering and manufacturing personnel regarding technical issues.
• Foster continuous improvement in sales, administrative and manufacturing processes.
• Prepare and submit regular reporting to the Directors.
• Assist in managing projects to ensure delivery in accordance with agreed budgets milestones, quality and delivery.
• Assist with effective leadership with respect to OH&S, Environment, Risk Management and HR issues.
• Use innovation techniques to specify, improve the design and arrange manufacturing of these parts.
