Next Career Step: Supervisor! Coordinate and lead, in consultation with the department management, the team of our Front Office. Additionally, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting check-ins as well as receiving and processing reservations
- Checking reservations, overbookings, and options
- Monitoring costs and the lodging revenue budget
- Implementing and maintaining the internal Motel One quality management system
- Co-responsibility for conducting internal coaching, cross-training, and onboarding new staff at the reception

- Training in hotel management or professional experience in hospitality/food service/retail, or interest in a career change.
