Job Description

JO&JOE is opening its new hostel in Budapest! And is looking for its next Front Office Supervisor.
Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE, by being part of the opening team! The Front Office Supervisor will ensure our guests are warmly welcomed, smoothly and quickly, withing our Open House. ️

Why you?

Mission 1: Welcome and assist each guest with personalised attention, from check-in to check-out.

Mission 2: Supervise and coach the reception team to ensure smooth and impeccable service.

Mission 3: Manage the cash registers, verify accounts, and ensure proper handling of payments.

Mission 4: Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and responsively.

Mission 5: Actively promote the hotel’s services ️: shop, restaurant, events… it all passes through your hands.

Mission 6: Ensure communication between the team and management by reporting all essential information.

Mission 7: Replace the Front Office Manager in his/her absence.

Mission 8: Be the guarantor of a flawless customer experience at all times of the day.

YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE:

  • Level of studies: Bachelor / Master / MBA.

  • Field of study: Hospitality or Tourism.

  • Professional experience: 2 years minimum.

  • Languages required: fluent in both Hungariand and English.
