Are you ready to step into a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced hospitality environment? Our vibrant and busy 4-star suburban hotel in Brisbane is looking for an experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

We’re a well-established 4-star property offering a mix of hotel rooms and fully serviced 1, 2 & 3-bedroom apartments. With 70 rooms and a strong focus on exceptional guest service, we pride ourselves on our welcoming atmosphere and professional service standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Front Office Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of the action – overseeing daily front office operations, leading by example, and ensuring our guests receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a busy environment and loves problem-solving, coaching team members, and going the extra mile.

  • Supervise and support the front office team across all shifts
  • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures and resolve guest issues efficiently
  • Train, coach, and motivate front office staff
  • Manage reservations and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
  • Uphold guest satisfaction and property standards
  • Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as required
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of front office/hotel reception experience

Proven ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment

Hands-on, can-do attitude with a passion for guest service

Strong organisational and communication skills

Familiarity with hotel PMS (e.g., RMS, Opera, or similar systems)

Flexible availability, including weekends, mornings, and evenings

What We Offer

Salary: $60,000 – $100,000 depending on documented / demonstrable experience
