Tupack Group in Austria is seeking a dedicated professional to support our cosmetic clients. You will coordinate production orders, act as a communication hub, and keep clients informed about progress, delivery dates and technical innovations.

Qualifications

Fluent French is an essential requirement.
Must be meticulous, reliable and strongly customer- and service-oriented.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
Strong team player who collaborates effectively across departments.
Ideally completed commercial or technical apprenticeship and proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Support world-renowned cosmetic clients independently.
Coordinate with clients to ensure production orders are processed efficiently.
Act as a communication hub for external and internal contacts.
Inform clients about project progress, delivery dates and technical innovations.
Ensure delivery deadlines are met and contribute to sustainable production and supply chains.
