Job summary

CXG is a global customer experience agency seeking freelance Luxury Brand Evaluators who are existing luxury brand customers. You may perform several evaluations per month and share feedback via a questionnaire.

Assignments span fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, watches, automotives and more, including in-store visits, online purchases, or appointments. Responsibilities include discreet evaluations, objective feedback, selecting assignments aligned with your profile, and completing post-evaluation

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Existing client of premium and luxury brands.
• Not contractually engaged with any retail brands.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, reliable.
• Observant, passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience needed; honest feedback from real customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands in-store or online.
• Provide objective feedback about experiences.
• Choose assignments that align with profile and interests.
• Complete questionnaires after each evaluation.
• Comply with project objectives and brand requirements.
