Framework Software Development Engineer f/m/d

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Further development of our central automation system as part of an agile, international development team
• Adapting the current technology stack to new requirements and ensuring future viability
• Shaping the structure of the future system in collaboration with software architects and its iterative implementation
• Contributing to the development of a flexibly expandable framework that enables colleagues in software development to easily, efficiently, and cross-technologically integrate existing and new functional parts
• Ensuring the code quality, performance, and robustness of our system to meet the high demands of our customers

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed education (University or University of Applied Sciences, Technical University, or comparable) with a focus on information technology, computer science, or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in software development (.NET/C#, C/C++), efficient handling of concurrency, parallelism, and distribution, as well as in the implementation of well-testable software and corresponding automated tests at different levels
• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems as well as various communication protocols and technologies such as Http/Rest, gRPC, 0MQ, OAuth, etc., and their secure application
• High quality awareness and ability to develop platform-independent applications that are both performant and easy to operate and maintain
• Very good knowledge of English, German desirable

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €54,600.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
