About the role

As FOH Leader, you'll be the sparkle behind the bar and the heartbeat of the front-of-house — running service with personality, curating cocktails and mocktails, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile (and maybe a sake glow).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH operations — from greetings to smooth service flow.
• Lead beverage service and innovation (cocktails, mocktails, and craft options).
• Train, coach, and inspire the team to deliver top-tier hospitality.
• Drive sales through upselling specials, beverages, and add-ons.
• Manage rosters, stock, and portion control to keep costs in check.
• Keep the venue sparkling clean and compliant with all safety and licensing standards.
• Handle customer feedback like a pro, turning reviews into raving fans.

• Have FOH leadership or management experience in a busy venue.
