Job summary

GLOCK Aviation, based in Austria, is seeking a Flight Attendant (m/w/d) to serve international guests aboard our flights. You will ensure comfort, safety, and exceptional service while managing in-flight operations and catering with a customer-focused approach.

Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus. A valid passport is needed and you must be able to reach the Klagenfurt base within 60 minutes.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training, ideally in hospitality or service field.
• Flight Attendant experience is advantageous, but hospitality background accepted.
• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written.
• Additional languages are a plus.
• Well-groomed appearance with customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility.
• Must have an unrestricted passport and be able to reach Klagenfurt base within 60 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Look after international guests throughout the flight, ensuring comfort, safety and satisfaction.
• Independently organize the entire flight operation and own every detail.
• Order and purchase catering, curate menus reflecting high standards.
• Provide onboard service, including serving food and beverages with professionalism.
• Complete post-flight duties, including cleaning and restocking for next journey.

Your Responsibilities

• Looking after international guests throughout the entire flight- ensuring their comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
• Independently organizing the entire flight operation- you'll take ownership of every detail.
• Ordering and purchasing catering- curating menus that reflect the highest standards.
• Providing onboard service, including serving food and beverages with professionalism and warmth.
• Preparing and completing post-flight duties, including cleaning and restocking- ensuring the aircraft is immaculate for the next journey.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally in hospitality or a service-related field- you understand the nuances of exceptional service.
• Previous experience as a Flight Attendant is an advantage- but we also welcome candidates with a strong hospitality background.
• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written- clear communication is essential.
• Additional languages are an advantage- they'll help you connect with our international clientele.
• Well-groomed appearance with a friendly and polite demeanor- you represent GLOCK Aviation to the world.
