This is a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team and shape the future of our business.

If you are a proactive leader with a knack for management and a passion for cars, we want to talk to you.

You'll report directly to the General Manager and play a crucial role in our mission to revolutionise car ownership.

What You'll Do

As a central part of our operations, you will take on two key areas of responsibility:

  • Fleet Leadership & Management (60%): You will lead a team of specialists to maintain our fleet of almost 400 cars. This includes planning daily tasks, overseeing vehicle quality checks and repairs, and managing relationships with suppliers and repairers. You will be responsible for staff reviews, hiring, and performance management, inspiring your team to do their best work.
  • Car Buying Strategy (30%): You will lead the board's car buying strategy, negotiating great deals and collaborating with the finance director to finalize purchases. This role requires you to think strategically and work with key stakeholders to get the best results for the business.
  • Growth & Improvement (10%): You will identify and present new ways for the business to create value.
Who You Are

You are an experienced leader who is ready to take the next step in their career. You have a proven track record of:

  • People and Culture Management: You know how to motivate and develop a high-performing team and build mutual trust and respect.
  • Problem-Solving: You can analyze information and evaluate results to make informed decisions and solve problems effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: You are thorough, accurate, and meticulous, ensuring high quality in all work completed.
  • Team Player: You have a "can-do" attitude and do what's needed to ensure the team succeeds.

A basic understanding of cars and the ability to perform visual quality checks is also essential. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy and comfortable using platforms like Gmail, Google Workspace, Xero, and Whatsapp.

Why Join Us?

At ClickMe Cars, we believe in celebrating our successes and creating a great workplace culture.

  • Autonomy: You will work directly with the General Manager and have a real say in the direction of the business.
  • Great Perks: Enjoy team lunches every week, fantastic car perks for you and big celebrations for quarterly achievements - last quarter we celebrated in a hot air balloon!
  • Vibrant Culture: We operate on five core principles: create value, the best idea wins, be real, get it done, and the right quality. We value diversity and welcome everyone's authentic ideas and selves.
Ready to Apply?

If this sounds like you, send us your resume (2-page max) and a cover letter explaining why you'd be a great fit for this role. We'd love to hear about your proudest work achievement.
