A leading healthcare not-for-profit organization in Austria seeks a Fitness Leader to enhance client independence through personalized fitness programs. The ideal candidate will lead diverse group exercise classes and develop individualized exercise plans. A minimum of 5 years' experience and a Certificate IV in Fitness are required, along with empathy and leadership skills. We are looking for an exceptional Fitness Leader who will play a crucial role in enhancing the independence and quality of life for our clients through professional fitness expertise and personalised exercise programming.
This position will lead a diverse range of group exercise classes, with a specific focus on Strength for Life programs, develop, implement, and monitor individualised exercise activity and support clients in making health and fitness decisions.
