Your Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Accountant, for our B&D business. In this role, you will have amazing breadth and diversity. You will be gaining great exposure by providing support to senior stakeholders. This a brilliant platform that will nurture your career and you will have the opportunity to learn and develop through some of the best mentors in our business.

You will navigate complex entities and reporting structures. You will be able to navigate and interpret complex sets of data and narrate the results in a simplified way that helps drives action and resolutions.

Based in our Keysborough office, this role bridges B&D and Dulux Group\'s Corporate business and is a fantastic opportunity to learn and be embedded in the business.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of all month end activities on time
• Support the DuluxGroup Corporate Finance team with insights to B&D (Tax, Audit and Governance)
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all data and information
• Maintain and unlock the potential of our financial reporting systems
• Preparation of statutory accounts
• Responsible for external auditor co-ordination and timely provision of documentation

Skills & Experience

• Experience in the accounting or audit field
• Experience in SAP or other ERPs is preferable
• Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport & influence stakeholders
• Degree and CA/CPA qualified (or working towards) essential
• Agile and able to manage competing priorities
