Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Independently manage day-to-day accounting, including accounts receivable and payable, cash and bank transactions.
• Prepare and review complex project billing with variable cost components.

• Manage collections and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Support monthly and annual closing processes and coordinate with tax advisors.
• Assist with payroll preparation in cooperation with external partners.

• Independently and solely responsible for managing day-to-day accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash, and bank transactions)
• Preparing and reviewing complex project billing with variable cost components (materials, technical services, travel expenses, and partner services)
• Quarterly contract and service billing
• Reviewing incoming invoices, including professional and technical coordination with the responsible departments
• Managing collections and following up on outstanding receivables
• Supporting monthly and annual closing processes
• Acting as a point of contact for tax advisors, tax authorities, and public authorities in Austria and abroad
• Assisting with payroll preparation in cooperation with external partners
• Supporting customs-related matters in connection with intra-EU movement of goods
• Maintaining master data in BMD and in the internal ERP and ticketing systems

Requirements

• Solid commercial education at upper-secondary level (e.g., HAK, HLW, or an apprenticeship with vocational baccalaureate)
• Several years of relevant professional experience in accounting with project billing
• Proficient user skills in BMD NTCS
• Accurate, structured, and independent working style
• Strong communication skills when dealing with tax advisors, partners, and internal departments
• Very good German and good English skills
• Interest in technical contexts, including equipment, materials, and services
