Job summary

Red Bull is seeking a senior analyst/consultant to shape finance planning solutions across the Group. You will translate business needs into system concepts, collaborate with IT and business units, and drive complex cross-functional projects in a data-driven environment.

You will lead planning system upgrades, design detailed requirements, test end-to-end processes, and deliver documentation with a focus on data integrity and seamless go-live preparation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Finance/Controlling or related advisory/analyst roles.
• Strong knowledge of planning and reporting tools (SAP BW, SAP BI-IP, S4/HANA, SAC).
• Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with PM tools (JIRA, Confluence, Workfront).

Responsibilities

• Develop finance planning system concepts and processes with cross-functional alignment.
• Manage projects with end-to-end planning, timelines and milestones.
• Contribute to Next Generation Planning and technical setup for the Red Bull Group.
• Define testing concepts, document outcomes and support go-live cutover planning.
• Provide second-level support and ensure robust data flows across systems.
