Job summary

BRP-Rotax seeks a Finance Improvement Project Leader to drive transformation across the Finance function, partnering with General Accounting, EFSSC and Controlling. You will lead software initiatives, build business cases, and push digital improvements in a dynamic, international environment.

With 3–5 years in finance and strong SAP FI/CO/Excel skills, you’ll shape processes like CAPEX, asset management, and travel expense, collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master Degree in Finance Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a finance position.
• Experience in project management is a strong asset.
• Advanced SAP FI/CO and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong analytical, proactive, and structured work approach.
• Good ability to build and maintain business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, execute, and follow up software projects across General Accounting, EFSSC and Controlling.
• Prepare business cases and decision materials for Finance leadership.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking related to software solutions.
• Implement SAP FI/CO projects with Finance IT Coordinator.
• Drive automation to optimize Finance processes.
• Analyze and redesign business processes (CAPEX planning, digital asset management, travel expense).
