Qualifikationen

• Several years of relevant experience in Finance, preferably in an international or matrix organization.
• Experience in consulting (Big Four) is valued.
• In-depth understanding of financial processes, internal controls, and corporate governance standards.
• Proven track record in driving cross-regional or global finance initiatives.
• Fluency in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Strengthen financial governance by collaborating with key stakeholders within ALLPLAN and the Nemetschek Group.
• Serve as the Local ICs Coordinator for ALLPLAN, ensuring the internal control system operates effectively and efficiently.
• Lead the collection, preparation, and reporting of CSR and ESG data in line with CSRD/ESRS and group standards.
• Oversee the quarterly Risk and Opportunity Reporting process.
• Support local Finance teams on finance-related topics and liaise between global and regional entities.
• Contribute to harmonization and standardization of finance processes across regions.
• Drive the rollout of global finance projects within regions aligning with group standards.
• Act as deputy for selected central Finance functions to ensure business continuity.
