Kapsch Group, based in Vienna, seeks a Controller to take full financial controlling responsibility for several group companies. You will partner with Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing, driving digitalization and analytics in Finance.

We require 5–7 years in controlling, strong data/system skills (Power BI, Infor a bonus), and fluency in German and English. The role is full-time in Vienna with a competitive EUR 60,000 gross salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or related field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience as a Controller or Finance Business Partner.
• Strong data and systems expertise, especially Power BI; Infor is a strong advantage.
• IFRS knowledge; production controlling experience is an advantage.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.

Aufgaben

• Independent controlling responsibility for multiple legal entities.
• Act as Finance Business Partner for Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing.
• Project controlling, including planning, monitoring, and financial steering.
• Preparation, analysis, and interpretation of management reports, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and multi-year plans.
• Development, maintenance, and improvement of dashboards and reports (Power BI).
• Support automation and digitization of data flows, reporting, and processes.
• Apply advanced analytics and AI-based approaches to improve transparency and decision-making.
• Close collaboration with cost center managers and operational stakeholders.
