Rey Automation AG is seeking a Field Technical Sales Representative for the Central Switzerland region (Schwyz, Zug, Lucerne, Uri, Nidwalden, Obwalden). You will support existing industrial clients and work with customers to develop modern, efficient automation concepts from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate has basic automation training, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Field sales experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Basic technical training, e.g., as an automation technician (EFZ).
• Further automation training is a plus.
• Experience in field sales is desirable but not required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently.

• Support existing industrial clients and build long-term trust.
• Develop modern, efficient automation concepts with clients.
• Guide the process from concept to completion.
• Strengthen our position in your region.
• Collaborate with project management and participate in trade shows and conferences.
