Job Description

Description: We are seeking a Service Technician who can demonstrate knowledge in Service Solutions within our Grid Integration Service Unit. The role involves delivering high-quality service in installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

Your responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding and professional service remotely or on-site, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer expectations and maintaining good relationships.
• Coordinate logistics of resources and spare parts for site service jobs.
• Read and work from electrical and mechanical drawings, instructions, and manuals.
• Perform tasks such as bushing connections, lead clearance, tapping, crimping, and jointing.
• Identify and develop potential sales opportunities and communicate them internally.
• Suggest product and process improvements to enhance operations and customer service.
• Assemble, disassemble, and repair equipment using mechanical tools as directed.
• Provide recommendations to management for operational improvements.
• Uphold safety and integrity values, taking responsibility for your actions and caring for colleagues and the business.

Your background

• Minimum of 2 years experience, preferably in service business, project, or site management.
• Knowledge of system measurement, analysis, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Fluent in German.
• Self-motivated, organized, open-minded, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• No restrictions for domestic travel.
• Valid driving license.
