Job summary

Mars, via Royal Canin, seeks a Financial Control & Governance Manager for the Bruck factory in Austria. You will lead reporting, accounting, governance and internal controls in partnership with the Plant Manager and Supply Finance.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Strong accounting and finance background with US GAAP experience.
• Professional certification (CPA/CIMA/ACCA) preferred; SAP experience a plus.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills; able to engage with senior leadership.
• English required; German knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure balance sheets and P&L integrity in coordination with Shared Service Center.
• Deliver timely, accurate factory financial information; co‑lead monthly close.
• Oversee governance and control framework; monitor KPIs; drive improvements.
• Foster collaboration between finance and non-finance teams and support system implementations.
