You will oversee service standards, staff development, and guest satisfaction with a focus on discretion and excellence.

The role requires a strong background in high-end hospitality, fluency in English, and proven leadership in a 5-star environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years Diploma Hotel school
• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management specialized in F&B Service preferred but not essential
• Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook
• Minimum 5 years experience at a similar level at a 5-star or full-service hotel
• Minimum 5 years experience in F&B Service: high standard Restaurant or Room Service 5-star Hotel

Aufgaben

• Lead service operations to ensure smooth, high-level guest experience
• Oversee F&B tasks and staff to maintain guest satisfaction
• Provide discreet, smooth service for VIP guests and lead staff training
• Coordinate with F&B Manager and staff development initiatives
