• Execute daily export compliance tasks
• Verify export documentation for compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
• Team with third party service providers, customs brokers, freight forwarders and suppliers to maintain compliance
• Communicate with Austrian customs office
• Review root cause and respond to export issues tied to customs data
• Document desk procedure
• Create more efficient ways of recurring tasks with available tools and AI support
