Your Tasks
  1. Creation: Generate quotations, order confirmations, invoices, delivery bills, and order documents in SAP.
  2. Organization: Manage international shipments, including documentation such as invoicing in SAP, customs documents, EUR1, ATR, certificates of origin, etc.
  3. First Point of Contact: Communicate with customers and production regarding delivery dates.
  4. Communication Interface: Liaise with all departments within the company.
  5. Administrative Activities: Send audit reports, manage filing (including tax documents), mail distribution, and office supplies.
Your Profile
  • Completed training in forwarding/logistics or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of relevant experience in scheduling.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Routine handling of MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, team-oriented, precise, and organized.

Our location is well connected by public transport, just a 5-minute walk from Mödling railway station.

The minimum salary starts at €3,500 gross per month, depending on qualifications.
