  • Technical Change Management: Oversee and manage changes to business applications to minimize disruptions and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Test Management: Plan, execute, and supervise testing activities to guarantee the quality and functionality of business applications.
  • Release & Deployment Management: Coordinate the build, testing, and deployment of software releases to ensure efficient and effective delivery into production environments.
  • Service Management: Systematically plan, implement, and control processes to enhance service quality, manage service portfolios, meet business needs, and maintain accurate service configurations.
  • Access Management: Control and monitor user access to IT business applications, ensuring authorized individuals access the right resources at the right times for the right reasons.
  • Demand Management: Understand and fulfill the needs of the organization to ensure efficient service delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Application Operations: Manage, maintain, and support IT business applications throughout their lifecycle to ensure smooth, efficient operation and alignment with business needs.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field; vocational training backed by relevant professional experience is a good alternative
  • 2+ years of professional experience in business application consulting or as business analyst in any relevant field
  • Extensive experience & deep understanding of Salesforce processes and implementations in order to support business
  • Proper understanding interfaces and process dependencies with SAP ERP
  • Strong understanding of business processes and their interaction with IT systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems with business processes.
  • Proficiency in data management and system integration
  • Innovative thinker, capable of developing and implementing novel approaches that drive significant improvements and competitive advantage
  • Commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement to stay ahead in the field and drive innovation
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations and make strategic decisions that align with organizational goals
  • High level of integrity, consistently demonstrating ethical behavior and honesty in all actions and decision

Due to legal standards in Austria, we are required to disclose the minimum annual gross salary for the position as defined by the collective agreement, which amounts EUR 47,820 € (collective agreement for chemical industry).
