To support our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Expansion Manager for the AMEA Region (Africa, Middle East & Asia). Your Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate potential markets within the AMEA region for Loxone’s expansion
- Develop and execute strategic market entry and growth plans tailored to each country’s specific conditions
- Establish and manage partnerships with local stakeholders (e.g. electrical planners, integrators, industry associations)
- Build up digital structures in Sales to align this with our global processes (no outside sales – Digital Sales first)
- Build a strong sales pipeline and support initial business development efforts in key markets
- Work closely with internal departments to align expansion activities
- Monitor market trends, regulations, and competitor activities in the region
Your Profile
- Proven experience in B2B market development, business expansion, or international sales, ideally as an Expansion Manager
- Strong knowledge of and established network in the AMEA region
- Proven Management skills for small agile (Sales) Teams
- Fluent in English and Arabic (or at least one other major language spoken in the AMEA region, e.g. French, Hindi, Urdu, Turkish, etc.)
- Strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to execution for Digitall Sales processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and intercultural skills
- High level of self-motivation and willingness to build up Digital Sales Teams
- Knowledge of the smart home, automation, or building technology industry is a plus
- Willing to relocate to Austria for a proper onboarding (6-12 months)
