Job Title: Executive Assistant for the CEO of Central and Eastern Europe, Vienna
Job Description:
- Ensure efficient office management, including coordinating appointments, travel arrangements, business correspondence, and providing general administrative support to the management in daily regional operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and various documents in German and English.
- Serve as the main point of communication for internal and external contacts, both nationally and internationally.
- Organize and follow up on meetings with business partners and stakeholders.
- Take minutes and prepare detailed summaries for regional meetings.
- Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, events, and management projects.
- Coordinate and optimize regional and strategic projects.
Qualifications:
- Completed higher education in Business Administration, Law, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
- Relevant professional experience as an assistant, preferably to an executive.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Independent, precise, and good communication skills.
- High discretion, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel within the CEE region (approx. 20%).
