Job overview

Event Sales Executive (all genders) – Hilton Vienna Am Stadtpark 1 Vienna A-1030. You will be responsible for selling events and room allocations for our three Vienna Hilton Hotels. With your passion for hospitality, you will handle customer inquiries, prepare offers and contracts, and manage invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Selling rooms, event spaces, and services
• Developing offers and contracts according to customer/guest requirements
• Managing and coordinating event/room bookings
• Independently conducting professional property tours and detailed discussions with customers
• Timely and efficient communication with customers/guests and colleagues
• Timely creation and distribution of BEOs, Alterations, Daily reports, etc.
• Greeting, assisting, and bidding farewell to customers/guests
• Checking (deposit) invoices for completeness and timely payment
• Adhering to all Hilton revenue guidelines and deadlines
• Generating all necessary reports and statistics
• Correct and complete entry of required data and activities into specific computer systems
• Participating in and supporting marketing activities such as BBOB Calls, Sales Blitz, etc.

• Adequate tourism education and several years of experience
• A strategic and forward-thinking approach, with strong analytical skills to identify and respond to competitive trends

Salary: Your monthly gross minimum salary (according to the collective agreement for full-time employees in the hotel and hospitality industry) is €2,459.00, with a guaranteed overpayment depending on your qualifications.
