Qualifikationen

• Educational background in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive production, manufacturing or shopfloor operations.
• Solid understanding of vehicle manufacturing processes; familiarity with IATF 16949.
• Fluent in English; German language skills and local industry familiarity preferred.
• Results-oriented with strong cross-functional communication, coordination and problem-solving in a multicultural manufacturing environment.
• Six Sigma, PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred.

Aufgaben

• Delivery Control: Monitor the production plans at the contract manufacturer and ensure on-time vehicle delivery targets.
• Rework Management: Coordinate rework activities and track defect types, root causes, and progress.
• Resource Coordination: Act as on-site liaison between XPENG and Magna's teams to resolve issues and coordinate resources.
• Quality Management: Drive CAPA actions, support on-site quality audits, and improve process stability.
• Operational Reporting: Create and analyze delivery, rework and exception reports for management.
