Zusammenfassung

Brooks Automation in Austria seeks a Senior Trade Compliance Analyst (m/f/d) to act as the regional expert for EU/UK/CH import/export compliance. You will manage classifications, licensing, denied party screening, and sanctions compliance across the SME sector, coordinating with brokers and authorities to ensure regulatory adherence.

The role requires fluency in English and German, experience with Oracle OTM/GTM, SAP GTS, and related platforms, and the ability to guide internal teams on complex

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years in a multinational trade compliance environment or related area.
• Strong English and German communication skills.
• Experience with import/export classification, licenses, and sanctions compliance.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary trade compliance contact for EU/UK/CH import/export activities.
• Ensure compliance with EU, UK, Swiss and applicable regulations.
• Provide guidance to internal teams and resolve regulatory issues.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, authorities, and partners.
• Support customs audits and regulatory reviews.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement controls.
• Determine HTS/TARIC/Swiss classifications and ECCN classifications with accuracy.
• Manage export licenses and BAFA-related requirements.
• Document determinations and maintain auditable records.
• Support Intrastat reporting and sanctions screening.
