About the role

Right now, we’re expanding our team and seeking a Senior Estimator to play a pivotal role in helping to secure new projects. The role will be responsible for the following:

• Provide detailed and accurate measure of material quantities and associated costs within a specified prospective project
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, obtaining required quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to provide accurate cost estimation
• Analyse contractual, commercial, technical and risk features associated with each tender
• Follow up on tender results and seek feedback for continuous improvement

About you

As the successful candidate will have proven experience in estimating large scale projects within the WA civil construction sector. You will possess the following skills:

• Proficient with industry-standard estimating software
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
