Red Bull is seeking an enthusiastic talent manager to oversee its gaming and esports roster in Austria. You will scout and develop players and creators, connecting competitive potential with brand fit across global initiatives.

You will coordinate development opportunities, support athlete wellbeing, and help plan activations and events. Strong communication, relationship skills, and gaming culture fluency are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Science or related field.
• 1–3 years of work experience in talent management, influencer marketing, gaming/esports
• Fluent English (written & spoken), additional languages are a plus

Responsabilidades

• Manage and continuously develop the global gaming/esports roster and act as a hub for talent.
• Coordinate development opportunities, tools and training for players.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for players, equipment and events.
• Plan and execute activations and projects with cross-functional teams.
• Develop training materials and regular reports on talent partnerships.
