Alpla Werke Alwin Lehner GmbH & Co KG in Austria is seeking an Operations System Engineer for CEEU to support ERP and logistics processes across three ALPLA plants. You will train users, implement improvements, and ensure smooth daily operations by coordinating changes and tasks.

You will collaborate with colleagues across departments, translate business needs into technical solutions, and provide first-level ERP support while traveling within Austria as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with ERP systems and knowledge of logistics is desirable.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within Austria.
• Fluent in English and German in an international environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide trusted support for employees, managers and stakeholders.
• Keep systems up to date and coordinate projects and follow-up actions.
• Foster clear communication and ensure people feel informed and supported.
• Record, control, and evaluate ERP changes to ensure stable operations.
• Implement process improvements in logistics, planning, and master data.
• Introduce new supply chain processes and provide first-level ERP support.
