Jobbeschreibung

An innovative company in the field of logistics & sustainable packaging solutions is currently looking for an ERP specialist in the Wels area. The role involves acting as a key user for a new ERP software within the company, with approximately 75% scheduled business trips worldwide to various company locations, serving as the first contact person and representative.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The company is undertaking a large transformation project to replace its current ERP platform. The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  1. Presenting and demonstrating solutions
  2. Providing training to users
  3. Ensuring accurate data transfer from legacy systems to the new ERP platform
  4. Documenting deviations and gaps, and presenting findings to the central ERP team
  5. Executing testing to ensure local needs are met with the central solution
  6. Representing the group on-site
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • University degree (Bachelor) in Logistics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Experience with ERP system implementations
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage
  • Experience managing global projects is an advantage
  • Fluent in German and English

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Frequent travel—up to 75%—is expected. Salary starts from a minimum of €50,000 gross/year for juniors and €65,000 gross/year for seniors, with potential for higher pay based on qualifications.
