Your Tasks

• Capture, challenge, and document stakeholders' functional requirements
• Thoroughly analyze current business processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Serve as the crucial link between business departments to ensure transparency and alignment with business expectations; organize and lead ad hoc workshops to elicit and structure information as needed
• Evaluate and participate in the selection of cutting-edge technology solutions that support business objectives while staying abreast of the latest industry trends
• Conduct and coordinate comprehensive user testing to ensure the delivered solution meets business expectations

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Information Systems or a related field, with a strong emphasis on ERP implementation and optimization projects, as well as a keen interest in driving digital transformation
• Demonstrated ability in analyzing and improving business processes, with a keen eye for leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation
• Solid understanding of change management principles, with experience leading organizations through significant technological and process changes
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data integrity, security, and privacy
• Excellent English and German skills; capable of inspiring teams and driving projects to successful completion

Minimum Salary

Annual gross salary from € 51,, based on professional qualification and experience.
