Qualifikationen

• University degree in a field such as Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, Digital Learning or related.
• At least five years of professional experience in design and application of eLearning and scenario-driven training.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Experience in Emergency Preparedness and Response or crisis management is a plus.
• Good oral and written command of English; other IAEA languages are asset.

• Develop and expand eLearning materials based on Safety Standards and EPR documents.
• Plan, coordinate and implement eLearning development; create and revise modules and user manuals.
• Promote the eLearning program and engage stakeholders to drive adoption and feedback.
• Ensure alignment with NS-IEC strategic goals and integrate innovative instructional methods (e.g., VR).
