Cromwell has over 50 years of experience supplying tools and safety equipment. This ideal entry-level role targets graduates to drive ISO 14001 certification and maintain EU WEEE/battery compliance while coordinating recycling programs and ESG training.

Leicester HQ offers a permanent full-time position with broad responsibilities across environmental policy and branch network rollout. You will engage in internal audits, environmental target setting, and cross-functional collaboration to support

Qualifications

• Intermediate MS Office and strong administrative skills.
• Proven environmental background with regulatory knowledge.
• Willingness to travel and valid driving license.
• Excellent communication and organisation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Drive ISO 14001 certification for the group.
• Develop and maintain Company Compliance with EU regulations in respect to WEEE, batteries waste and packaging.
• Review environmental aspects and impacts and help establish targets and objectives to reduce those impacts.
• Create and maintain a register of Environmental legislation.
• Coordinate packaging waste regulations process.
• Facilitate and manage battery recycling programme.
• Drive all recycling programmes through partnerships.
• Perform ISO14001 internal audits and manage NCs and OBS.
• Manage environmental policies and distribute to branch network.
• Comply with company policies and management systems, and provide ESG training.
• Support Ecovardis and IIE accreditations; assist in inbox tasks.
• Be agile across ISO & compliance functions to support the wider team.
